5 Minute Cake

So I do NOT take credit for this recipe at all but I really wanted to share it.

I got an email a while ago for a 5 minute cake and I finally tried it! It wasn't bad.... you only microwave it for 3 minutes!! Experiment with the recipe to adapt it to your liking... for example if you want it more moist add more oil, more sweet more sugar! (and microwave since everyone's are different try different times if 3 min seems too much or too little)

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE COFFEE MUG CAKE!!

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla essence
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to your largest mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using), vanilla essence , then mix again.

Microwave for 3 min and enjoy!!
